This Shipping Policy applies to physical products (e.g., gut health kits, supplements) ordered through GutTalks.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
We offer free shipping on all orders within India. For international shipping, charges will be calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Standard delivery within India typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Metro cities may receive delivery faster. Remote areas may take additional time.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the courier will make up to two more attempts. After that, the package will be returned to us. You may be charged for re‑shipping.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund. For lost packages, we will file a claim with the courier and keep you updated.
