Refund & Cancellation Policy

Consultation Services

Cancellation: You may cancel a scheduled consultation up to 24 hours before the appointment time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will not be refunded.

No‑Show: If you do not join the video consultation at the scheduled time, no refund will be issued.

Technical Issues: If the consultation cannot be conducted due to a technical fault on our end, we will reschedule the appointment or issue a full refund.

Physical Products

Return Window: You may return unused, unopened products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping charges).

Damaged/Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Opened/Used Products: For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless defective.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email hello@guttalks.com with your order/booking ID and reason. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once processed.

Non‑Refundable Items

Consultation fees for completed sessions, digital products (e.g., downloadable plans), and gift cards are non‑refundable.
